At Eastgate Funeral Service and Parkway Funeral Service, our care for families does not end with the funeral.  Each family that we serve will receive our family survey form, which when completed, allows us the opportunity to learn more about how we serve our community and whether or not we were able to address every need of the family.  The survey enables us to improve our service to families in the future.
